We support the products we sell with genuine OEM parts as they are designed and manufactured to strict factory standards in order to keep your machinery operating at peak performance year after year. The OEM part should work exactly as the one you are replacing. It is what the machinery was manufactured with and provides a peace of mind in its familiarity and performance. For safety, reliability, efficiency and warranty, you should always choose genuine spare parts.
In most instances OEM parts are provided with a 12 month Warranty (refer individual OEM policies)
After Hours Support
Bertoli Farm Machinery trades Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and from 8:30am to 12:00pm on a Saturday morning. Our parts department provides seasonal after hours support to keep your machinery operating at peak efficiency during harvest, sowing and other busy times of the year.
Within our Parts Department there are two designated Parts Interpreters who have several years experience. Give Peter or Dominic a call to discuss your requirements as they will be happy to help.
We have long term relationships with a number of local and State couriers allowing us to deliver your parts in a timely fashion.
